How to Resolve Missing Screw Fastening?
a) Check for weakened vacuum pressure. Open the Y-axis vacuum cover and remove the vacuum generator for troubleshooting.
b) Verify if the screw suction position has deviated. Access the control interface and reset the suction position.
c) Ensure the screwdriver bit is installed correctly, and check for loose fasteners on the electric screwdriver.

 

How to Fix Stripped Screw Threads?
a) Confirm that the electric screwdriver's torque is within the optimal fastening range, and re-calibrate the torque with a torque meter.
b) Inspect whether the product screws comply with specified standards.

 

How to Resolve Screw Floating Height?
a) Check if the preset fastening height in the program matches the actual screw locking position, and verify the correctness of the down feed speed parameters.
b) Inspect if the screwdriver bit's torque is set too low.

 

What to do if screw position offset?
a) Check if the machine homing function operates normally, and inspect for loose X/Y-axis belts.
b) Verify the accuracy of all coordinate points in the program. Activate the coordinate correction function and re-calibrate the coordinates.
