Installation Steps of Screw Feeder
Screw Feeder Installation
Pull the pull ring at the bottom of the screw feeder outwards first, then insert the feeder connector (the shorter end of the blanking tube with sensor passed through) into the hole, and then release the pull ring. (Note: Pull the blanking tube downwards slightly after releasing the pull ring to check if the connection is firm.) As shown in the figure .
Connect power supply
Insert the DC plug of the feeder power cable into the power port on the back of the feeder. As shown in the figure.
Installation steps of Handheld Screw Fastening Gun
Insert the power cable, adapter, core wire, and electric screwdriver into their respective holes one by one, then tighten the locking rings. Finally, install the screwdriver bit into the handheld electric screwdriver.
After adjusting the electric screwdriver's torque according to the product requirements, install the screwdriver bit onto the electric screwdriver. Then position the blanking tube in a direction that does not interfere with hand operation, and tighten the locking ring of the electric screwdriver. (Make sure to fully tighten the locking ring during use to avoid wear of the inner sleeve.) As shown in the figure
Cut the blanking tube to a suitable length according to the distance of the product placement. Press down the sliding sleeve of the screwdriver bit holder, then insert the bit holder connector (the longer end of the blanking tube (with the sensor threaded through it)) into the hole of the bit holder's sliding sleeve. The bit holder installation is now complete. As shown in the figure
Overall Machine Structure Diagram and Operation Method
When the screws enter the blanking tube and fill it up through the orbital vibration of the gravity type automatic screw feeder with handheld screw fastening gun , the screw fastening and locking operation can be started. For the first screw locking operation, press the handheld electric screwdriver once first to deliver the first screw to the stainless steel nozzle. Then align the stainless steel nozzle (collet nozzle) with the hole requiring screw locking, press down the electric screwdriver and activate the switch button of the electric screwdriver. Lift up the electric screwdriver after hearing the sound of the electric screwdriver completing the screw locking with automatic brake, and the single screw locking is finished. Then continue to lock and fasten the next screw in sequence for continuous operation.
Important Notes:
① Do not press the start button of the electric screwdriver again before the previous screw is completely locked and fastened, so as to avoid the jamming fault caused by two screws stuck in the collet nozzle of the bit holder!
② Keep the handheld electric screwdriver in a vertical state as much as possible during the screw locking operation, to prevent the screw from deviating from the hole position and affecting the screw locking and fastening effect.
