Most of the slipping of automatic screw machines is related to the quality of the screws, and some cases are related to the screw rods. All the screw rods of automatic screw machines are strictly tested. If there is a very small probability of screw slipping, or the screws that have been screwed slip, here are 15 tips to solve the problem of slipping.
1. Put something on the screwdriver head of the automatic screw machine, such as double-sided tape, non-woven fabric, etc. If there is no condition, paper can also be used, so as to increase the friction!
2. Inject a small amount of 502 glue into the screw hole where the automatic screw machine's screwdriver and the screw are in contact, and then screw the screw in. After the glue solidifies, use needle-nosed pliers to unscrew the screw (the reason for not using a screwdriver is to avoid causing the screw to slip again). The glue must be completely hardened. This operation is difficult and you must be careful.
3. If the screw cap of the automatic screw machine is exposed, you can tighten the screw cap with a pointed pliers and then unscrew the screw. You can also cut off the screw cap and disassemble the casing before processing → Be more professional!
4. Generally, the screws of mobile phones are made of metal, and the casing is made of plastic. When you can't unscrew it, you can insert a sharp soldering iron head into the screw cap, heat the metal screw to melt the plastic around the screw, clamp it with a pointed pliers, and gently pull it out! You can also press the screw down about 1 mm (be careful not to penetrate the casing), which can solve the problem of loose screws (I haven't tried this, I saw it on the Internet!)
5. Such small screws are really hard to fix. You can use the method of repairing bicycle screws. Use a small electric drill to make a shallow hole in the middle of the screw that is scratched, and then find a reverse thread tap to screw it in (it must be a reverse thread tap, which is difficult to find, and you have to go to a large measuring tool and cutting tool store), and you can unscrew it.
6. Use an electric drill to drill out the reverse screw.
7. Heat the head of the screwdriver on the gas stove, then quickly press it against the screw, wait for about 5 seconds, and it can be screwed out.
8. Heat the soldering iron and place it on the screw head for a short time until the screw can be turned. You can first find some scraps to practice your feel, so that you can remove the fuse.
9. Grind the flat screwdriver and start turning...
10. Hang the melted solder on the head of the welding gun. After aligning the screwdriver and the screw, apply the solder, cool it down and start twisting.
11. Use a drill to knock off the gong cap. Use the principle of reverse thread to drill out the remaining screws (you can use a special drill for broken head screws - a broken head screw extractor)
12. The after-sales staff used a large screwdriver to get it done in a few seconds. He told me that the use of screwdrivers should be from small to large. Of course, I am not asking you to change screwdrivers frequently, but it is easy to get a screwdriver that is too large at the beginning, and it is also easy to get a screwdriver that is too small at the beginning. Large screwdrivers only come on stage after the screws have been worn.
13. Use a very small needle-nosed pliers to pull it out.
14. Use a soldering iron to burn solder onto the screw that slipped off, then dip the screwdriver on it and rotate it after the solder dries. The screw thread slippage phenomenon is very serious. It took several attempts to succeed. Generally, it can be unscrewed in one go.
15. Use a knife to carve repeatedly on the screw until the cross screw is carved into a flat screw, and then it can be removed. It takes about 10 minutes.
