Handheld screw machines are a type of screw machines. Due to their portability and low cost, they have a wide range of uses. Generally, all products with the same type of screws can use handheld screw machines. Of course, this should also meet its basic conditions before they can be used. Not all products are suitable for handheld screw machines. In addition to the requirements for screw size (generally M1-M8), there are also corresponding requirements for screw specifications and products.
The following conditions must be met when using a handheld automatic screw locking machine (universal version):
Handheld screw machine requirements for screw specifications: The total length of the screw should be greater than 1.3 times the screw diameter. If the nut is greater than the total length of the screw, it will flip when it hits the inner wall of the locking nozzle during the blowing process, causing the nut to come out first. The total length of the screw that can be made cannot be greater than 40mm.
Handheld screw machine requirements for products: There must be no obstacles within 3mm of the edge of the lock hole. The locking nozzle head of the handheld screw locking machine and the locked product will have a flat contact, and there must be enough space for the locking nozzle head to press down and lock the product.
