Common Problems of Screwdriving Machines and Solutions
1. The screw fastening machine fails to power on
a) Power connector inspection: Check if the power connector is loose.
b) Power supply check: Verify if the 127V AC power supply is functioning normally.
c) Power switch verification: Ensure that the power switch is turned on.
2. The screwdriver robot doesn't reset
a) Power supply check: Confirm that the power supply is normal.
b) Driver inspection: Check if the driver is in proper working condition.
c) Sensor status detection: Detect whether the sensor status is normal.
3. Poor or abnormal communication
a) Serial port cable check: Inspect whether the serial port connection cable is damaged.
b) Reset action verification: Check if the machine has completed the reset action.
c) Command response issue: When the device is operating, it only responds to certain commands, specifically "Stop" and "Start", and ignores other commands.
4. The screw tightening machine can't start
a) Reset verification: First, make sure the device has been reset. Once reset, check the information on the main touch - screen page. If initialization is incomplete, press the reset button briefly.
b) Status monitoring: Check the "Device Status Information Monitoring Area" on the main page for any other abnormalities and troubleshoot according to the provided prompts.
c) Mode selection: Verify that the mode is set to Automatic Mode. If not, select Automatic Mode.
5. Failure to pick up screws
a) Screw feeder performance: Check if the screw feeder can deliver screws and if manual screw - picking works properly.
b) Vacuum inspection: Check for the presence of vacuum and if the vacuum filter is clogged.
c) Signal cable check: Inspect whether the signal cable of the screw feeder is loose.
6. Missing screw fastening
a) Vacuum strength check: Check if the vacuum has weakened. Open the Y - axis vacuum cover and remove the vacuum generator for troubleshooting.
b) Suction position adjustment: Check if the screw suction position has shifted. Enter the interface and reset the suction position.
c) Bit and screwdriver check: Ensure the bit is installed correctly and check if the screws fixing the electric screwdriver are loose.
7. Screw thread stripping
a) Torque measurement: Check if the torque of the electric screwdriver is within the appropriate locking torque range. Use a torque meter to re - measure the torque.
b) Screw standard check: Verify whether the product screws meet the standards.
8. Screw floating height
a) Program setting check: Check if the locking height set in the program steps reaches the actual screw locking position and if the attachment speed parameter settings are correct.
b) Bit torque check: Check if the torque of the bit is too low.
9. Screw position offset
a) Machine origin and belt check: Check if the machine returns to the origin normally and if the X/Y - axis belts are loose.
b) Coordinate accuracy verification: Verify the accuracy of each coordinate point in the program. Select the coordinate correction function and recalibrate the coordinates.
10. Feeder alarm
a) Signal line connection: Check if the feeder signal line is connected.
b) Turntable diameter selection: Ensure that the diameter of the feeder turntable (large or small) is appropriately selected.
c) Screw jamming and wire check: Check if the screws are stuck and if the screw feed chute wire is used up.
