Machine Description
The automatic screw tighten machine for automotive parts assembly uses intelligent feeding and vision guidance to automate screw sorting, positioning, and tightening. Assembly requirements.
1. Place screws into the feeder of the screw tight machine.
2. Position the main body into the customized fixture of the screw machine at the left workstation.
3. Manually place the metal sheet and rubber into the designated position on the product.
4. Secure the parts with the fixture's pressure plate.
5. Place the main body of another product into the customized fixture of the right station screw tighten machine.
6. Put the metal shim into the designated position of the product.
7. Fix the parts with the fixture pressure plate.
8. Press the start button to fasten the products at the left station, and press the right start button to fasten the products at the right station.
Equipment Features
When the left station is operating, the right station can load/unload products, and vice versa. The dual stations work alternately to improve production efficiency.
The machine uses an intelligent servo electric screwdriver with a torque accuracy of ±5%. Speed, torque, and angle can all be set on the computer. It has a long service life and requires no maintenance.
Supports fastening data collection and tracking to ensure product locking quality.
Equipped with an industrial control PC (supports wired Ethernet/Wi-Fi).
CCD auxiliary calibration ensures more precise fastening.
