The one head and double rails air suction screwdriver machine is an automated screw tightening equipment. It has one screw fastening head, picks up screws via vacuum suction, and features two workstations for alternate operation. While one station fastens screws, the other can handle loading and unloading.

The screwdriver machine equipped with a standard servo screwdriver, it boasts a long service life and allows for the setting of different torques and rotational speeds. The torque display feedback enables more convenient and flexible machine adjustment.

Our automatic screw machine adopts closed - loop motors, with thickened synchronous pulleys and rotors. It uses double guide rails and a thickened synchronous belt, which ensures efficient and stable operation.

Our screw fastening machine build by the sheet metal structure. The columns, side plates, and bottom plate have all been thickened, making it more stable than the traditional profile structure. Moreover, positioning pins have been added to all the

installation and connection parts of our machine to ensure its stable and efficient operation.

The touch screen features an operation interface in both Chinese and English, and is equipped with the Panasonic PLC system, boasting a rich array of functions. These include screw counting, product counting, product screw-locking data, fault and abnormal alarm, etc., meeting various production management requirements.

1. Diversified Screw Feeding Methods: It supports two screw feeding methods, namely vacuum suction and magnetic suction. Vacuum suction is applicable to stainless steel screws and spacer screws. The magnetic suction method can handle deep holes, inclined holes, spring surfaces, and surfaces with different heights. It can support the simultaneous fastening of two different screws on one product. The intelligent servo electric screwdriver can set 4 different torques synchronously, and can also integrate two screw fastening processes. After completing the first process, it can be paused for part installation, and then proceed with subsequent processes.
2. Excellent Performance of the Screwdriver: The intelligent servo electric screwdriver features high speed, high precision, low noise, an extremely long service life, and requires no maintenance. Its torque and speed can be easily and arbitrarily set through the touch screen.
Rigid and Flexible Structure: It adopts a sheet metal frame with extremely strong rigidity. The height of the feeder can be freely adjusted, enabling it to adapt to products of different heights, and it has excellent compatibility.
High-Precision Drive System: The closed-loop stepping motor has outstanding precision, is equipped with a position compensation function, and will not experience step loss during operation.
3. Convenient Programming and Control: Our automatic screw machine is equipped with a self-developed PLC operation system. The programming has an error-proof design and also provides an optional drag-and-drop adjustment option, which greatly simplifies the programming process. The human-machine interface touch screen can dynamically display the fastening status, the rotation speed of the electric screwdriver, and the torque of the electric screwdriver in real time, facilitating monitoring.
4. Efficient Working Platform: The four-axis double-Y platform can achieve alternate operation, greatly improving work efficiency.
