Design of Structures
Its primary components are an unloading manipulator, a screw locking mechanism, and a rotating worktable. There are several stations on the rotating worktable that may handle workpieces that need to be managed. Each workpiece can progressively reach the screw fastening position and subsequently the unloading position as it revolves in a predetermined sequence. Advanced screw feeding and driving components are part of the screw locking mechanism. In order to guarantee the firmness and quality of screw locking, it can precisely take screws from the screw feeder and drive them into the appropriate screw holes of the workpiece with the appropriate torque. The unloading manipulator is designed to have stable grabbing capabilities and flexible movement.

Principle of Operation
The workpieces are initially positioned on the loading station's rotating worktable during operation. One by one, the workpieces are moved to the screw locking station while the worktable rotates. The screw locking mechanism begins to operate at the screw locking station. The drive component tightens the screws into the workpiece holes after the screw feeding system provides screws in an organized fashion. The worktable keeps rotating once the screw locking is finished, and the workpieces reach the unloading station. At this point, the manipulator takes over, swiftly and precisely grabbing the workpieces and unloading them to finish the processing cycle. This cyclic operation permits continuous production, considerably enhancing production efficiency.
