Adjustable Work Efficiency
Feeding and vibration are independently controlled. Delay time can be set freely. Gear feeding turntable and quartering disc are controllable separately. Turntable speed adjustable according to screws for different operations.
Smooth Operation
Screws run in drum. Incorrectly oriented screws fall into drum for next cycle. Rarely gets stuck in normal use.
Screw Counting Function
Equipped with digital panel for parameter adjustments and automatic counting.
Fault Alarm Function
Indexing plate reverses on jam and resumes forward rotation when normal. Alarm activates on abnormal conditions (lack of materials).
Greatly Improved Production Efficiency
Screws are auto-indexed (90°) to pickup port for direct access without manual correction.
