Introduction to the use steps of the handheld screw machine

1. Turn on the power, connect the air source, and adjust the torque of the electric screwdriver.
2. Pour the screws into the screw hopper, and the amount of screws should not exceed the height of the screw conveyor track.
3. Before tightening the screws for the first time, check whether there is a screw to be tightened in the nose of the electric screwdriver.
4. If there is no screw on the screwdriver mouth, press the electric screwdriver twice in succession to ensure that there is a screw on the electric screwdriver mouth waiting to be tightened.
5. Hold the electric screwdriver with one hand and the workpiece to be tightened with the other hand, aim at the screw hole and press down to tighten the screw.
6. After the electric screwdriver reaches the preset torque and stops automatically, lift the electric screwdriver and tighten the second screw.
7. To tighten the next screw, just aim at the product and press down.
