How to connect the riveting machine quickly and correctly

Blind Rivet Machine connect
1. Main Air Pressure Switch
As shown in Figure on the left: Connect the air hose properly and turn on the main air pressure valve..
2. Power Switch
As shown in Figure on the left: Plug in the power cord and turn on the power switch.
3. As shown in the figure on the Right: Insert the corresponding signal cables and air hoses of the rivet gun into the machine panel. Match each air hose to its corresponding color mark. Note that the signal cables are directional-align them correctly before insertion. Finally, connect the rivet feeding hose directly to the discharge ports.
4. Vibration bowl feeder connection
01. Check if the discharge port of the vibratory bowl feeder of riveting machine is aligned with the rial (If misaligned, use an Allen wrench to loosen the screws on the vibratory bowl feeder plate, adjust it to achieve alignment, and then retighten the screws.)
02. Pour the rivets into the vibratory bowl feeder(For rivets of 3.2 specification, pour approximately 2,000 pieces.)
5. Air pressure regulating
01. Adjust the main pressure gauge to 0.5 MPa (Pull up the black cap on top of the pressure gauge. Turn it clockwise - pressure increases; Turn it counterclockwise - pressure decreases.)
02. Adjust the rivet-blowing pressure gauge to a range of 0.2–0.3 MPa (Pull up the black cap on top of the pressure gauge. Turn it clockwise - pressure increases; Turn it counterclockwise - pressure decreases.)
6. Before starting the riveting machine, please carefully check whether the air hose switch of the rivet gun is turned on, and ensure that the air pressure is stable and within the normal working range.
Make sure there is no air leakage, damage or blockage in the air pipe, so as to ensure smooth and reliable operation during riveting.
