Equipment description
1. The automatic rivet press machine is designed with a vibrating plate for rivet feeding and a servo electric cylinder for riveting.
2. Manually place the product on the fixture; after startup, the clamping mechanism will hold the product tightly, and the servo platform will rotate to the riveting position. The vibrating plate feeds rivets to the rivet separating mechanism, which blows the rivets to the chuck via air pressure. After the chuck receives the rivets, the electric cylinder will press down and drive the chuck to the riveting position. Once 8 rivets on the outer ring are riveted, the air cylinder will push out the platform to complete the riveting of the middle rivet. Then the clamping mechanism will open automatically, and the operator can take out the finished product and place a new one.
3. The riveting efficiency is approximately 30 seconds per product.
4. This automatic rivet press machine adopts a sheet metal and machining structure to ensure stability and firmness. It uses a servo motor and air cylinder system to guarantee the precision of equipment movement and riveting.

The products to be assembled are mainly PCB boards, base plates, and 9 hollow rivets.
Finished product
The product and substrate are fixed onto the machine platform using a custom fixture. The machine then automatically feeds and presses the hollow rivets into the substrate, securely fastening the substrate and PCB together.
