First, the lifter-type feeder starts operating. The screws in the magazine are pushed up and down by the air cylinder. With the assistance of vibration and air blowing, they enter the feeding rail and gradually move along the rail to its end. Then, the separating device starts working, separating the screws into the feeding hose and accurately blowing them to the fastening nozzle of the screwdriver.

The operator holds the screwdriver, aligns the screw hole on the workpiece where the screw needs to be fastened, and then starts the screwdriver. The driving motor drives the screw bit to rotate. The bit grabs the screw and screws it into the threaded hole of the workpiece according to the set parameters such as torque, thus completing the fastening operation of one screw. When the machine is turned on, it vibrates to feed the screws. Then the screws are separated by the air cylinder and are detected by the annular sensor. At this time, the machine stops and outputs a signal.
