Equipped with a PLC touchscreen HMI, it allows adjusting optimal riveting parameters based on different rivet types and workpiece sizes. Built-in riveting counting and anti-miss counting functions facilitate efficient production management.

Automatic Loading：Pour rivets into the vibratory bowl, and they will be arranged in an orderly manner before being fed to the rivet separator.
Automatic Feeding：Once rivets reach the separator, they are delivered to the nozzle tip via the feeding tube.
Automatic Replenishment：After each riveting cycle, the next rivet is automatically transported to the gun nozzle.
Intelligent Counting：A LCD screen allows for presetting the desired riveting quantity.
Rivet Outage Alarm：When no rivets reach the separator, the alarm light automatically illuminates with voice prompts.
Malfunction Alarm：In case of equipment abnormalities, the alarm light activates automatically with voice alerts.
Quantitative Anti-Miss Fire：Intelligent counting prevents missed riveting operations.
Mandrel Collection：Mandrels are directed to the recycling bin via a collection tube or stored in a dedicated container.
