Our fully auto feed blind rivet machine consists of three core parts: an XYZ motion platform for precision positioning, a rivet fastening unit that performs stable riveting with intelligent detection, and an automatic rivet feeding system that delivers continuous and reliable material supply. The three modules work in coordination to achieve fully automatic, high-efficiency, and high-quality riveting without manual intervention, greatly improving productivity and ensuring stable assembly performance.

The rivet fastening unit acts as the core execution component for riveting operations. Integrated with a rivet gun body, solenoid valve-controlled driving mechanism, and multi-point intelligent detection modules (including nozzle rivet presence detection and rivet insertion hole detection), it realizes one-click completion of rivet feeding, positioning, and fastening. The solenoid valve ensures rapid response and precise control of riveting force, while the detection system effectively eliminates empty riveting and defective products, guaranteeing consistent fastening quality.

The automatic rivet feeding system is the rivets supply guarantee, composed of a rivet vibratory bowl feeder, rivet delivery tube, and rivet loading cylinder. The vibratory bowl feeder achieves neat arrangement and continuous supply of rivets through stable vibration sorting, with adjustable feeding speed to match the production beat. The delivery tube and loading cylinder collaborate to transport rivets stably from the feeder to the gun nozzle, realizing fully automated feeding without manual intervention, which improves production efficiency and reduces labor costs.
