Principle of fully automatic screw locking machine: The automatic screw machine includes an automatic screw arranging module, an automatic screw transportation module, an automatic screw tightening module, and an inspection module during the entire locking process. The automatic screw sorting module mainly sorts the scattered screws neatly and outputs them individually. The row module can be maintained by the vibrating plate sorting machine structure or by the arm screw row structure.
1. The automatic screw transport module mainly transfers the arranged screws individually to the working head of the screw tightening module.
2. The automatic screw tightening module includes a rotational driving force part and a screw introduction part. Common screw introduction methods include air blowing inspection type and adsorption type. Generally speaking, the air blowing inspection type works continuously and does not require moving the head back and forth. Therefore, the overall efficiency is better than the adsorption type. However, the air blow inspection method itself is limited by the appearance design and aspect ratio of the screw, and not every screw is suitable for the air blow inspection method.
3. The inspection module includes inspection of leaky locks, floating locks, stuck materials and other problems of screws. Common automatic screw locking machines should also include steel parts alignment, screw hole alignment and other functions. The most common ones are single-axis screw tightening systems and multi-axis screw tightening systems.
4. The single-axis screw tightening system cooperates with the X-Y robot arm or transfer platform to achieve automatic screw tightening. XY-table automatic screw locking machine is very suitable for locking screws with porous structure of single steel parts, and has high working efficiency.
