For example, power supply problems, including all workshop power supply problems, such as low power supply, safety burning, poor contact of power plug, etc. The air pump or hydraulic pump does not open, the air blow three or two parts do not open, the discharge valve or some pressure valves in the hydraulic system do not open, etc. The following aspects should be included in the detection of automatic screw tightening machine failure:
Power supply and air source: The needs of the working basis of the automatic screw tightening machine, including the power supply of each equipment and the power supply of the workshop. Air source, including the air source pressure required by the air blowing equipment. Hydraulic source, including the working status of the hydraulic pump, for automation equipment and hydraulic equipment.
Is the sensor direction offset: The automatic screw machine has more safety and detection sensors. Due to the negligence of the equipment maintenance personnel, the sensor has positioning errors, such as inadequate positioning, sensor failure, sensitivity failure, etc. Frequently observe the sensing direction and sensitivity of the automatic screw machine sensor, find errors and adjust them in time. If the automatic screw tightening machine sensor is broken, replace it immediately.
Relay, flow control valve, pressure control valve: The relay of the automatic screw machine is the same as the magnetic induction sensor. Long-term use will also cause the iron core to stick, and then the circuit cannot be guaranteed to be normal and needs to be replaced. In the air blowing or hydraulic system, as the equipment moves, the opening of the throttle valve and the pressure regulating spring of the pressure valve will also loosen or slide.
Electrical, air blowing and hydraulic circuit connection: Automatic screw machine fault detection If the above three steps do not show any doubts, then look at all the loops. Check whether the wires in the circuit are broken, especially whether the wires in the slot are pulled off by the slot, check whether the air pipe is damaged, and see if the hydraulic pipe is blocked. If the air pipe is severely creased, it should be replaced immediately.
