Precautions For Automatic Screw Machine

1. The electric screwdriver nose should be kept sliding smoothly on the electric screwdriver nozzle, otherwise it will be difficult for the screw to enter the electric screwdriver nose, affecting the use of the machine.
2. The screw delivery tube cannot be bent, otherwise the screw will be stuck at the bend during the screw delivery process.
3. Be sure to wait until the electric screwdriver torque reaches the set torque and the electric screwdriver stops automatically before lifting the electric screwdriver, otherwise the machine will not move and deliver a screw to the electric screwdriver nose for locking.
4. If it is found that the machine has not delivered a screw to the electric screwdriver nose for locking, you can repeat the last locked screw, or manually press the manual screw delivery button once, so that the machine can deliver a screw to the electric screwdriver nose for locking.
5. The air pressure cannot be adjusted too high, otherwise it will only accelerate the wear speed of the electric screwdriver nose.
6. The track vibration force cannot be adjusted too high, otherwise the screw will easily squeeze out of the track on the screw track, affecting the stability of the machine.
